Hi! I'm Caroline, but you can call me Carou or whatever you prefer!

I'm a Jr. Product Designer at Conexa and I'm responsible for improving the experience of users (health professionals, patients and clinic managers) on our platform, ensuring that it is intuitive, easy to use and secure, working collaboratively with other teams, including engineering and product, to ensure the UI design meets project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

In 2022, I attended the UX/UI Design Bootcamp at Ironhack São Paulo. The main content are user-centered design, UX research, Prototyping, Design Thinking, Agile framework, and other. The technologies are: Figma, Figjam, HTML and CSS.

But before that, I started my professional life by studying business administration and then, Psychology. I've been an intern since 2018 and have been working as a Psychologist since 2021. I've worked with kids, teenagers and adults in fields like: clinic, hospitals, shelters, career and professional guidance, public health system of Brazil (SUS) and education. That experience has made me a great listener and taught me how to empathize with many different people.

 

Additionally: I'm a dancer! As in dance, I believe that life needs movement and the best way to do that is connecting with people! Luckily I found a way to merge all of this: by innovating in ux/ui design! You can read my latest cases here or on my Medium.
